Shade Crest: A Minecraft Community

As some of you might of heard, a lot of pvp towns are under development by certain staff members. You as the player can now purchase these towns once they are finished by the builder and do whatever you please to them. Be aware that this isn't a FULLY developed town, as in you will only be purchasing the necessities of the town, which includes: The town spawn, some pathways, some empty plots(for town members), and a couple communal buildings.

Flat world has always been a bit messy, so with the help of creative server admins, we did a complete remake of the flat world. It is completely designed for both 2d art (pixel art) and 3d art (organics).

Essentially, the world has two sides. One side is for 2d and the other 3d.
--On the pixel art side is a wall where pixel art can be added. The max amount you can build from the wall is about 2 or 3 blocks.
--For the organics side, the whole region is for players to build stuff like dragons, statues, etc.

Also, you can now easily browse through pixel art! On the wall dividing the two sides, there is a track system that goes from one edge of the world to the other!

And all you have to do is follow build guidelines at spawn.

Servers have been upgraded to 1.5.2
the rest of this post is about downgrading, disregard if you don't want to know how to downgrade.
currently the server isn't on minecraft 1.5.2 so don't update yet, if you've already updated your minecraft try downgrading it. i found a good download.

simple steps
1. download the 1.5.1 client
2. get in the .minecraft folder
3. get to the bin folder
4. delete the 1.5.2 minecraft.jar (just says minecraft in the bin folder)
5. place the 1.5.1 minecraft.jar in the bin folder
6. play minecraft

When you kill players in pvp they will drop their head!

Type /vote in game to get links to the voting sites!
/linkme will give you a list of commands you can enter to get links to several server websites!

Don't seek retribution!

If there's a griefer and you find out their youtube channel, or their server or anywhere where they can be contacted. Do not follow them there for revenge! They can come back on an alt account, and this time you've given them a reason to cause havoc! and then we (the admins) are left to deal with the backlash.

In case you haven't put 2 and 2 together yet; this is the reason why the servers were down.
