    esources
    1. Faster Boot Time
    2. Faster in General Since Less Resources
    3. Better Security

Boot time is irrelevant if you are like me and very rarely restart your comp

You could also have other processes running not under your user account (see show all processes button).

You could have malware because Norton is a piece of shit.

You could have fragmentation issues on your harddrive.

    You could have a virus.

You could have bad hardware like failing RAM.

Your computer could be possessed by a deamon and at any moment a Greater Daemon of Khorne could burst forth into your office from the deep corners of the Warp and bring forth the End Times of mandkind.

You know, based on the possibility of the last possibility, I highly suggest you take your computer to an industrial shredding service and have it destroyed immediately. Avoid immolation because that could serve as a catalyst for completing the ritual summoning.

No. I have it on a sperate laptop, and I much prefer my Windows 7 experience.

I know for a fact the only one on that list that could be a possibility is failed hardware. I have run countless scans with multiple av software, defragmented several times, cleaned my disc multiple times.
This could be part of the issue. It is constantly on and using 20-70% of mah CPU.

After research seems System Idle is just leftover CPU and nothing to worry about

Also, if you're the admin for your comp, click on Resource Monitor, under the performance tab. It gives a much more indepth description of the resource usage than Task Manager.

Could it be possible that running 3 anti-viruses might be the cause of everything running slow.
You do realize that creates a LOT of overhead on everything you do.

I only have one AV running at a time. I was saying I scanned my PC with the two AVs that dead mentioned + norton.
I still haven't been able to fix this issue.
Another fun thing, I ran a CCleaner and now my TS is messed up, can't connect to any servers on it. Nothing I do can fix this either.

    Life.
