Protection Refunds

    I recon we should have a 50% (250R) refund on protections when removing them. I accidently put a protection on an abundant chest after attempting to lock doors in a PVP town. I understand now that you can't do that but it was still annoying to lose 500R.

    I don't think a 50% refund is realistic.
    A 25% refund could work.

    we cant make a refund, the plugin does not work that way
