This has happened continuously for a while (like a month or 2) and still goes on, and there are mods and admins involved

Which rules did they break?
harassment, grief (let all the horses out), swearing in the forums, being really rude in the forums, being rude ingame and TS we just got on (Clover and I) and he was killing every single horse in the stables (like 100ish)
Did you talk to the people who were doing the rule-breaking? What did they say?
Yes we did talk to him, but he continues to handle it immaturely and swears
Do you think they should be given a punishment for this?
Yes, I think he should be banned, because he has already been banned 3 times, twice on survival once on creative, and was almost banned a fourth time

yes Leaf has broken many rules before, he has set his home to raid several people, twice, and has harassed people and swears at them.

It's sad, because as km was writing this, Leaf was on survival killing all the horses.
I joined and caught him in the act, and he didn't respond to anything we were telling him, and the only thing he said before he left was "haha", and then he drowned in MC and left, and I assume that that would be his last time getting on, considering he knows he'll be banned.

 

This will also be his fourth time on Shadecrest being banned...
