What do you mean "the items could have been distributed to all the players?" If you're saying everyone should have gotten an equal share, the point of the Arcadian War is to fight the town defenders for the prize, not to have it handed to you. Yes, some people will die and get nothing, but those who fight hard and work together as a team are usually the ones who benefit the most. I think we might split the prize between 3 locations instead of 2 next time so more people have a chance of getting a share. As far as the lag, I had some redstone going on below the town. I'll try to clean it up a bit

 

Thank god. I seemed to get around 70 frames for the most part, but it was very choppy from time to time.
