I had to get my computer fixed and the guy that did it downloaded minecraft, And put shadecrest on it. I had just started playing, So I didn't really know what I was doing. Although now I know how to play and if you un-ban me I will never do anything like that again.
I fixed the format. Literally all I did was hit enter and add a few spaces. Most of the information needed is there, just jumbled together. It's pretty much complete, I think you should just add a bit more about the reason for your ban (if you don't remember, just say so). Unlocked to avoid creating a third thread for only a small update.
