As I see maybe I just brought a good idea to the forums Shadecrest on the go, problem is how many people would play on the mobile instead of their pc? Not many people would play so really no point, only if there could be a PE link so you can play with everyone on pc.
Pocket Edition and Minecraft on the PC are technically two different games on two different platforms. While visually similar, PE stills lags behind PC on a number of things, and use completely different hardware. Kinda like the old PC and console compatibility, two different systems. Neat idea though. If you just want to access chat, I believe there's an app called MineChat which allows you to connect to the SC servers, and talk to people.
