Server Info, Voting, and Plugins

Thank you for taking interest in ShadeCrest's Medieval and Space Engineering servers! ShadeCrest is a sandbox gaming community that started as a single Minecraft server on February 19th 2011. Since then it has expanded into multiple Minecraft servers and other sandbox games. Over the years, many players come and go, but we still maintain a large amount of players that have been around for several years.

We started pseudo hosting Space Engineers since around April 2014 and started dedicated hosting since the feature became available in May 2014. We started dedicated hosting for Medieval Engineers also as soon as the feature became available in May 2015. Our survival servers allow pvp, but we do not condone unwelcome griefing. Only steal / attack factions that you have openly declared war upon. As a general rule, harassment is also frowned upon and will result in bans.

Please goto this link and vote when you can, especially at the beginning of every month. It helps bump the server up on the server list and gets more players because most players only pay attention to the top of the list.

Tested out the stargate mod today on a local creative test environment with all our mods, works great. Also tested the magnesium reactor, outputs 175MW, as apposed to the large ship reactor's 100MW. So it's more powerful and actually a little smaller in size.

Did a big update of all the plugins on the server. Apprently the server was never updating all the older the mods, so the older the mod we had on the server, the more likely it was to be buggy / outdated from a server side perspective. One such mod was Darth Biomech's Cryopods. Should be working better now.

Other things like the control panels might also be working better from an animation perspective. Will have to continue doing testing.
