Allowed Mods

Here are a list of the mods and their links that are allowed on ShadeCrest. If you find anymore and aren't sure, be sure to PM an admin, or me, and if it's allowed, I'll add it.

Can you add mods to spout? I get a lot higher fps on spout but I can get optifine to work

 

Please add Void Fog Remover to this list. All it does is it removes the black fog when you are in the very low y values. Link is here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/91544-181sep-15-lahwrans-mods-worldeditcui-polygons/

 

Spoutcraft has a option to remove void fog if you didn't know.

Nifix im using the minelittle pony mod too

 

My little pony mod? Ugh. Everything is about ponies when nifix is around... Dang.

 

Add: inventory tweaks (like convenient inventory but better)
Add: notenoughitems (It allows players to check recipies in-game so they don't have to look on the wiki)
Change: Zan's minimap to Rei's minimap, Zan discontinued his.

 

I'm using the MAtmos Environmental Sound Atmosphere Simulator mod since I love the added ambiance it brings to the gameplay. Not really any cheating/hacking or server strain from It, I'd think. Hopefully it's alright that I'm using it. Perhaps you can add it to your safe list here?

Yeh, that's a great audio enhancement mod.


For those having trouble installing this was my path:

minecraft
mcpatcher
texturepack
modloader (use mc patcher to install itm do not manually install)
matmos mod (manually install it by extracting to the .minecraft directory, do not use mcpatcher)

If you are not using mcpatcher for anything like texture packs, then you should be able to do a manual installation of both modloader and then hte matmos mod.
