Majestic_moose ban appeal

I got perma banned by (I assume) Manglor, for griefing /home Manglor. I never recall griefing at all, as I never wanted to risk a ban.

Where is this house may I ask? I did go venturing around the pvp world with another player, and actually stopped him from griefing netherrack and redstone at a particular house.

Maybe a screenshot of the house and the block which hawkeye is showing I griefed

Ah, right, I remember that now, just didn't consider it because:
- Nether has the same griefing rules with the mining world.
- Griefing is allowed in the mining world. You may destroy and loot anything you see there.
I assume this means that destroying some blocks is allowed? I can replace the 50 or so bookshelves and 15 glowstone if you like.

 

I walked there alright, that's why I had no idea what /home Manglor was. Isn't there a way to check my /warps?

 

so your using a rule to grief an Admins /home that I let players use for the benefit of the server?

I'll say this again, I didn't know it was your home. As far as I knew, it had been abandoned long ago.
Here's a screenie my brother took on the 17/4/12 (4/17) that I used to find this place.

 

So your brother took a screenie of the coords, which he got by warping, which you walked to. That's just as bad as warping.

 

Which you assume he got by warping.

I remember he used to follow a straight path through the nether to collect glowstone, who isn't to say he found it then? It's not like the entrance is hidden, and its practically dead on the same z coord that you spawn at.

What else can I say/do/elaborate on to speed up the (potential) process to being unbanned?

 

Does majestic_moose even have an invite to /home manglor? ...he doesnt even know who you are.

Just to clarify, I did originally walk there. I picked a direction and walked along it in the hope to get far away enough from the spawn to find glowstone. I stumbled upon the spawners, which was extremely lucky, and I took a screenshot of the coords so I could walk there again, and so moose could go there also. So of course I think he walked there, pretty sure he has even walked there before. Would you walk 1200-1500 blocks if you knew that at your destination there would be a double blaze spawner, its not hard to imagine, seriously.

I'm pretty annoyed that he got a PERM ban over an assumption which was incorrect, and when he explained what happened and told the truth, you guys are still septical even though (to me) walking there seems completley reasonable. If you're still not convinced, walk towards the spawner from nether spawn and notice the tunnels and 1x20-150 block long bridges which were placed for the sole purpose of being able to walk there.
