"Join Us" Fake Application

I didn't know where to put this message, but Muttley my cousin, who has been banned, got so annoyed and made a fake application over and over again. I would just like to inform the admins that Harribones is a fake application. I'm not sure how many times he has done this, or even where he got the name Harribones from, but I will get him to stop. Sorry for this, he can get really annoying at times. Thanks
