Yes he was at /warp potionshop (MyEternalPassion 's shop) getting the potions out of the frames and I told him it was considered griefing but he ignored me and put them in his enderchest. I gave him a chance to replace the potions, but he then stole the diamond ore item frame and mined it in front of me... Fixed and banned.
