You say nothing other than he was not technically in combat? More details or it's let go.

 

oops, sorry. I had just killed Darth and was sorting through his lewts then decided to go after crazy. When I did I ran at him swinging my sword and right before I made contact with him he ported out. Also he was facing me the whole time, there's no way he could have not seen me charging him.

 

That's what I'm taking about. If I could get on, I'd talk to him about it, but it's up to a different mod

Talked to him in game, and he admitted to it. He apparently thought he could port if you hadn't hit him yet. I gave him a one-day ban.

Thanks for talking to him in game before you did anything. It does nothing for anyone if a player is punished and they don't know wh.
