I know he is not used to building large buildings but his houses are impeccable. So much so I asked him to put one at tutorial island. But i do think I am waiting for that one huge mansion he is currently working on before i can say yes.

 

Although you build really nice houses, I don't really see anything amazing that shouts architect yet. I better be impressed by this mansion!

 

I agree although I do see alot of potential here. I know I'm not the most qualified to judge but I see great things in this fellows future should he stick with us. No for now but a definite maybe in future.

 

Although the design of your builds are great i would like to see some larger builds. More landscaping as that shows that not only can you design a building or structure but that you can make it fit in with your surroundings aswell as gives your build a much more appealing look. Looked at your mansion and that is coming along nicely. So maybe take these suggestions on board for that and re-apply.
