Unban Turtle_flare

    I forgive turtle_flare and i would like him to be be unbanned a.s.a.p

    Turtle_Flare's ban has been reduced if you noticed the ban appeal.

    You weren't the only grief, and it's not the actual damages caused which is the problem, as it's fixed extremely easily. It's the act of destruction which is the problem, so Turtle should still serve some punishment for this.
