I'm banned but not sure why...

I know that I might be misusing this thread but this morning I was able to get onto the shadecrest servers but now I'm not. It says that I'm banned by an operator even though I don't know what I did. Can anyone please tell me why I'm banned?

 

You're not banned. Join mc.shadecrest.com and go to the survival portal.

Right you're banned from the hub server. Unbanned.

 

Still says I'm banned

 

He wasnt banned we checked.
Pawn do you have any previous bans on any server? Might help us

 

WhenI was new, yes. I griefed and didn't know it was a no griefing server at that time.

 

He was banned on the hub server, I unbanned him and it should be fine now.
EDIT: I ran unban instead of pardon
