    I thought we had a proper way to argue and speak here. If there is an idea posted, and a staff member does not like it, this is not the proper way to respond. http://www.shadecrest.com/site/threads/5960/#post-80868

    And creating a new thread to bash the actions of a staff member isn't a shining example of how to properly handle a situation either.
